People who sign up to be contacted about our studies on buffalobehavioralmedicine.org are listed here. 

To officially add anyone to our database, we need all of the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Future Contact

To obtain the information, these interested recruits can be contacted one of two ways:

• Phone - call the person with their provided phone number and use the phone script (Interested Recruits Script) to collect their information
• Email - email the person with their provided email address using the Interested Recruits Email Template
