• You can create a new visit time or edit the ones that already exist here
    • Create new visit by clicking "New"
  • You also have the option to upload participant specific material
  • You can also set a reminder for every visit. Just like a prompt, the reminder will be delivered at the time and date you specify.
  • You can decide to also not set a reminder.

This is used when you are scheduling them for their next appointment it'll appear on the participant schedule as shown below
