Administrators

  • Researchers will report encountered technical problems directly to the developers via the Report a Bug form
  • To access the form, log into the Administrator Dashboard and:
    • Go to the bottom right hand side of that particular page

    • Click on the icon:

    • A popup window will come up with a few questions to help our team understand where to find the issue

      • Be sure to be as detailed as possible as to speed up the process of fixing such occurrences

      • All the sections/questions have a footnote below them explaining what information we are looking for in that section

      • If you are able to provide any screen captures of the problem, they can be uploaded with the report, they would be greatly appreciated

  • This window will have a option to collect some data about the environment you are working in. Please check this box to allow it to do so as it will help the developers understand the occurrence better.


Participants

  • Participants will report any problems encounter using MAMRT directly to the Researchers via the Contact Us form

    Researchers will filter through their participant reports to determine if the issue is research specific or technical

    If the issue is technical, research will 'Report a Problem' (explained above) 


  • The Contact Us form is linked to the Study Email (assigned in Dashboard)
