The "Participants" tab displays the names of families and individuals who have previously participated in studies with us, and/or are interested in participating in the future

  • You can view 30 participant records per page, but you can see the number of all records in the system in the center of the page, above the record listings' table
    • This is displayed with a blue circle in the image below
  • Using the small arrows next to the column headers, you can sort the information in either ascending or descending order
    • Please note that this only sorts the 30 records shown on each page at a time!
  • To see the next 30 records, press the "next >" button located at the bottom of the page



Participant Page Features

Search. Use the "Search" bar, located in the upper right corner to search for participants whose records are within Revolution

  • Hover over the search bar form to see keyword rules


Create New Family. The Create New Families" button to create new records for families who are not already in the database (explained further on the subpage, "Creating New Families")


Subjects Manager.  The "Subjects Manager" button to unpublish a family or permanent delete a family. (This feature only available to Users assigned as Coordinator)


The border of the table will be red when the future contact is either

  • No-Not interested
  • No-See Supervisor
  • Not Available
  • No
