You can create a new visit time or edit the ones that already exist here
Create new visit by clicking "New"
You also have the option to upload participant specific material
You can also set a reminder for every visit. Just like a prompt, the reminder will be delivered at the time and date you specify.
You can decide to also not set a reminder.
Note
This is used when you are scheduling them for their next appointment it'll appear on the participant schedule as shown below
