Configure the Participant Dashboard settings and your study information in the Administrator Dashboard. Get to this page in your menu options, under MAMRT Settings > Dashboard:



Study Information

  • Modify the default information with your study information
  • This information will populate in the Contact Form for the participant
  • Prompts will be delivered through the provided study email when 'email' delivery method is selected


Study Cohort

  • Assign Cohort names

Study Group

  • Assign Group names

Study Resources

  • Uploading material to participants based on the Cohort/Group
  • Application Menu

Participant Navbar

  • These settings will determine what menu options are available on the Participant Dashboard


  • Click “Edit Fields” to choose whether certain participant pages are “On” or “Off”
    • My Resources – where participants can view materials provided to them
    • My Schedule – where participants can go to view a timeline of appointments
    • My Profile – where participants can go to view the information about themselves they have provided
    • Contact Us – where participants can go to send a message to study personnel regarding questions/concerns they have about the study

Study Settings

  • These settings apply to the participant sessions and will affect when/how they see these features within their session
  • Click “Edit Fields” to choose whether certain ‘My Study’ features are “On” or “Off”
    • Cues are images/text/audio assigned individually to participants
    • Questions are questions assigned to cohort and group
    • Minute DD is where participants can be tested about their delayed gratification
      • You can assign $100 or $1000 value amounts based on protocol requirements
    • Custom can be anything a team would like to integrate into application
  • Participant Session Example:


    In this participant example, it's set so that:

    • Participant could look at their cues (Text, Audio, or Image)
    • Participant could answer a few questions (A few random/fixed)
    • Test the DD ($50 vs $500)
    • Custom page has a reading module
  • Above “Questions A” and “Custom Page” you will see pencil edit buttons.
    • Only click edit after you have successfully saved your application settings
  • In the cues section under display also have the option to display “Random” or “Fixed” cues
    • When the cues are generated for the participants they can be in the order you created them “Fixed” or you can choose to randomize the cues.
    • Also in that section is a choice of how many cues are active.
      • Choosing whether to have all active or only certain number displayed out of the total
      • When setting an active number, be sure to set it larger than zero.
